2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use Talabak.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by the selected merchant.

Once a merchant accepts your order, preparation begins immediately.

Some orders cannot be cancelled after preparation has started.

Talabak reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in cases of fraud, payment issues, unavailable items, or operational reasons.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed in the application are provided by merchants.

Delivery fees may vary depending on:

  • Peak demand (Surge Pricing)

5. Payments

Talabak accepts available payment methods displayed in the application.

Customers agree to pay:

Failure of electronic payment may result in order cancellation.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates only.

Talabak is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Failure to receive an order may result in cancellation without refund.

8. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Packaging
  • Preparation time

Talabak acts as a technology platform connecting customers and merchants.

9. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners must:

  • Deliver orders safely.
  • Follow traffic laws.
  • Handle food and parcels carefully.
  • Maintain professional conduct.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Requested before preparation begins.
  • The merchant cannot fulfill the order.
  • Delivery is impossible.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

Refund eligibility depends on the reason for cancellation.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Wrong order
  • Missing items
  • Order not delivered
  • Restaurant cancellation
  • Payment errors
  • Damaged food
  • Food quality issues (subject to review)

Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

12. Promotions

Coupons and promotional offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

16. Intellectual Property

Talabak provides a platform connecting customers with merchants and delivery partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talabak shall not be liable for:

18. Account Suspension

Talabak may suspend or terminate accounts that:
